On November 13, 2024, in Burundi, Mr. Alphonse Nahimana, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the NCDP, convened with Mr. Oliver, the Governor of Rutana Province, at his official office after visiting NCDP-Nshimirimana Birongozi. During this engagement, Mr. Nahimana conveyed his appreciation to Governor Oliver for his support and encouragement towards the Burundian diaspora engaged in business activities within Rutana Province. Subsequently, the governor facilitated introductions between Mr. Nahimana and three administrative commissioners who represent the districts of Rutana, Giharo, and Bukemba, as illustrated in the accompanying photographs.
