The production of maize under the National Crop Development Program (NCDP) is projected for the year 2025. In October 2024, I had the opportunity to visit the NCDP branches in Burundi. The results obtained from applying organic manure as a fertilizer are commendable. Please refer to the attached image depicting maize from Bihororo village.
The maize harvest for NCDP-Niragira is anticipated to be exceptional this year, attributed to the use of authentic seeds. We express our sincere gratitude for this outcome.
