The NCDP Public Library, currently under construction, is intended to serve numerous villages within the Colline Masango Commune of Muramvya, specifically Bihororo Village. In today’s technologically advanced world, the NCDP is committed to enhancing educational initiatives by providing library resources and Starlink Internet access to the rural areas of Bihororo. This effort aims to elevate the educational opportunities for students in these villages to meet international standards. We are deeply grateful to those who have generously contributed to the completion of the facility in Bihororo Village.
