NCDP Library Construction Progress Update – December 24, 2025

We are excited to share the latest update on the ongoing construction of the NCDP Library in Bihororo Village.
As of December 24, 2025, we are proud to report that the project has reached 95% completion. The electricians have successfully installed all lighting fixtures and 16 security cameras to ensure safety and monitoring throughout the facility.
The final phase of the project includes the installation of:
• Desks and chairs
• Computers
• A collection of books and other learning materials
