NCDP-Niragira updates for the year 2026. On behalf of my family and myself, we extend our sincerest wishes for your success in 2026. May the Lord provide protection to each family and guide you in your development, resulting in substantial harvests of various crops, reminiscent of the abundance experienced during the time of my grandfather, Nuragira Andre. This message is dated January 2, 2026, at the head office of the Niragira Community Development Project (NCDP) in Bihororo village. It was a source of great joy to witness the gathering of individuals, both young and old, as they exchanged New Year wishes for 2026, as reflected in the accompanying photographs.
